A community can be a
set of people living in a particular area, which can be as small as a
commercial building and as big as a an entire country or even the whole world. But,
to manage everything properly, there should be communities having a definite
number of people in them, so that every member of a particular community is
better served. The major factor that is to be taken care of is the health factor.
Not only are people more prone to new and deadly diseases, the possibilities of
disasters hampering lives has also significantly increased. So, to provide
better medical help to these people, the presence of fully equipped hospital facility in every community is
a dire need.
It is very important to
have a medical plan to properly look after the injured people of a community
that has just faced the harms of an emergency. The plan needs to have all the
details about which medical representative has what role to play in making sure
that there are minimum casualties, and the ones that have suffered are getting
treatment. All these details need to be fed in the incident command board, and circulated to all
the members of the medical team.
